Three Cats
Some days are packed with energy, motivation, and endless productivity.
And then there are days like Yo’s.
One afternoon, Yo found herself lying comfortably on the floor, staring at the ceiling and contemplating one of life’s greatest challenges: whether it was worth the effort to stand up.
With her bright pink hair spread around her like a colorful halo, she looked as though she had dramatically fainted in the middle of a very important fashion photoshoot. In reality, she was simply feeling wonderfully lazy.
“I have three cats,” she announced to absolutely nobody in particular.
The statement seemed unrelated to the situation, but somehow it felt important.
According to Yo’s personal theory, having three cats automatically increased a person’s right to be lazy. After all, cats spend approximately sixteen hours a day sleeping, another six hours judging humans, and the remaining two hours demanding food. Living with three feline professionals in relaxation had clearly influenced her lifestyle.
As she remained on the floor, another problem presented itself.
Her high heels were still on.
Normally, removing shoes would be a simple task. But when laziness reaches championship levels, even taking off your heels can feel like preparing for an expedition to the top of a mountain.
